Jen Laird is the visionary architect and founder of the Unified Cosmic Positioning System (UCPS), a framework born from a lifetime of navigating a world that often felt out of sync. Growing up with a neurodivergent perspective, Jen experienced reality through a unique lens of pattern recognition and hypersensitivity, traits that became the bedrock of her ability to decode the complex geometry of the cosmos.

Her journey was shaped by significant health mysteries that remained unsolved by conventional medicine for years. It was only through her deep, intuitive connection to spirituality and the study of vibrational resonance that she began to find answers. By viewing the human body not just as a biological machine, but as a node within a larger cosmic grid, she was able to resolve her own health crises, leading to the realization that alignment with spacetime coordinates is essential for holistic well-being.

Jen's background as a pattern-seeker allowed her to synthesize disparate fields, from quantum physics and Cartesian mathematics to ancient spiritual wisdom, into the UCPS. Today, she leads the Cosmic Compass Collective, dedicated to helping others find their own coordinates and navigate their soul's journey with clarity and purpose.

Kristen Blair

Kristen is a lifelong Oracle and Neurodivergent Truth Seeker creating content, developing theories, and mastering the Magickal realm. She is the forefront intuitive and educator on the project.

She loves long hikes, her dogs, and exploring the cosmos. Her deep understanding of esoteric frameworks supports the bridge between scientific cosmology and spiritual metaphysics within the collective. Kristen has a rare gift for translating the language of the universe into something people can actually feel — stripping away the gatekeeping that so often surrounds systems like astrology and Human Design and returning them to the people. Her oracle work is less about prediction and more about remembrance: helping others recall what they already know at a soul level. In the Cosmic Compass Collective, she serves as the emotional compass — the one who ensures that every tool, every insight, and every coordinate lands with heart.

Campton Wilkins

Campton is a spiritual educator with a long history of mental illness and addiction. He has recovered and continues to practice with Magic Plant Medicine, head tech of UCPS.

His path through darkness became his deepest credential. Having navigated the extremes of human experience — from the depths of addiction and mental illness to profound healing through plant medicine and spiritual practice — Campton brings a rare authenticity to the Cosmic Compass Collective. He understands, at a cellular level, what it means to feel cosmically displaced. It is this lived wisdom that fuels his work as the lead technologist behind UCPS: building the infrastructure that transforms esoteric coordinates into something anyone can touch, feel, and navigate by. Campton believes that technology, when properly aligned with cosmic law, becomes a form of prayer.
